As a Doctoral Trained Physician Associate, I bring two decades of rich experience across the spectrum of healthcare. Proficient in Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM), my journey spans Emergency Medicine (advanced certification with my CAQ), Orthopedics, Critical Care, Urgent Care and both Inpatient and Outpatient Internal Medicine. My leadership experience has spanned Department Lead, APC Director, Hospital System Committee Member, program development, and population/value-based care management.

My dedication transcends clinical practice, encompassing education, advocacy, leadership, and innovation. A fervent advocate for the PA profession, I passionately mentor and educate PA students and junior colleagues, fostering servant leadership and advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Recognized as a Distinguished Fellow by the AAPA speaks volumes about my commitment to advancing the PA field, exceptional patient care, and contributions to the wider healthcare community. I serve as a board member for MAPA, ADPA, and APALM, championing professional development and unwavering advocacy for the PA profession.

I am also an entrepreneur and have provided services as a healthcare consultant and medical legal consultant for over 7 years. I've served as a community practice educator, shaping the next generation of PAs in Emergency Medicine and Orthopedics.

My dedication to continuous growth led me to complete Leadership and Management Training with a Certificate from the Center of Healthcare Leadership and Management (CHLM) through the AAPA and my Doctorate in Medical Science degree focusing on professional practice and healthcare administration and leadership.
This has equipped me with strategic insights crucial in our evolving healthcare landscape. Driven by a comprehensive understanding of healthcare systems, leadership, and legislative dynamics, I aim to navigate the evolving healthcare demands of APCs through advocacy, innovation, and strategic representation. Passionate about value based care initiatives and the evolving cost containment models of the future through the use of evidence based best practices.
