Ashlyn Smith is a board-certified Physician Associate and Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of PAs with specialized expertise in endocrinology, diabetes, and cardio-renal-metabolic conditions. She prioritizes the whole health approach to medical care embodied by the specialty principles of lifestyle medicine. She brings extensive clinical experience and a passion for improving patient outcomes through integrated, patient-centered care. Ashlyn is founder, educator, and clinician at ELM Endocrinology & Lifestyle Medicine, PLLC, a telehealth-based specialty practice focused on expanding access to high-quality, whole-person endocrine care. Kristin Burton, MPAS, PA-C, CAQ-HM, CPAAPA is a practicing PA in pulmonary & critical care medicine.
